The Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga (FYCMA) kicks off one of the most important trade fairs in the tourism and hospitality sector at national level, from today until 28 April.
An event which also represents the reactivation of activity after a period of uncertainty and which is expected to join forces and look to the future with enthusiasm for the evolution and development of the hotel and catering sector.
Añoreta Resort did not want to miss the opportunity to be present at such an important event and therefore wanted to inaugurate the Sabor a Málaga stand, demonstrating one of its new strong points, gastronomy.
Diego Narbona and Daniel Morales, chefs from the Bendita Katalina space, wanted to capture the spirit and flavour of our adventurous Katalina, by making her famous warm vegetable salad with grilled avocado. A dish that was very well received by those present and in whose result Frutas y Verduras Eladio has a lot to do.
