GOLF CANCELLATION POLICY:

To book a reservation it will be necessary to provide a credit card in order to charge it with the appropriate discount.

Reservations must be cancelled at least two days prior to the reservation date. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

All cancellations must be made through the web page or by sending an e-mail to info@anoretaresort.com It will not be effective until the cancellation is received.

Añoreta Golf SA recommends all its customers to contract a travel insurance with coverage for cancellations due to illness, emergencies or any other cause. Añoreta Golf SA will not be responsible for any of the mentioned incidences and will proceed to charge all contracted services whenever the cancellation policy is breached.

We understand as “not presented” those customers who do not show up at the Caddy Master with 15 min in advance or do not follow the established cancellation policy (48 hours).

GAME RULES AND ETIQUETTE

All players must bring their HCP certificate with them as it may be required by the Club staff at any time. The stipulated HCP limit is 36 for ladies and 28 for gentlemen.

It is essential to be present at the Caddy Master at least 30 minutes before the start of the game. Players who arrive late will lose their tee time and will not be entitled to any refund.

The Club has the right to form 4-ball games, so that games with a lower number of balls may be paired at any time during the round. As long as there is enought ime, the customer will have the possibility to pay the full tee time (4 balls) to ensure the exclusivity of the game.

Añoreta Golf SA has the right to expel any customer who receives two or more warnings by the Marshall or any employee of the Club for breach of any of our rules, without any refund of services previously paid.

Etiquette: T-shirt with collar and sleeves, shorts or long tailored pants. Shoes with metal spikes are not allowed. International etiquette rules will prevail.

Tee-off times will be consecutive every 8 minutes from the 1st tee, (except on occasional days, for maintenance and/or other reasons). Any other schedule must be requested, budgeted and approved by the Club management.

It is not allowed the delivery of any kind of supplies, catering, trophies, etc. without permission of the Club management.

It is forbidden to install advertising in Añoreta Golf facilities without prior authorization.

RAIN AND STORM PROCEDURES

3.1 Playable open course

Under no circumstances will we refund money to our customers. We offer the possibility to stop the game and continue once the rain has stopped. If after a few hours the rain does not stop, we will issue vouchers as:

If you have not yet teed off or have abandoned play between holes 1 and 9, you will be given a voucher for 18 holes with a minimum validity period of 6 months.

If you have left the game between holes 10 and 16, you will be given a voucher for 9 holes with a minimum validity period of 6 months.

If you have abandoned the game after the 16th hole, the game will be considered as finished.

CLOSED COURSE

The main causes that could lead to the closure of our facilities are the following:

• Incessant rain: when the pit fills with water.
  
• Thunderstorm: when lightning or thunder appears continuously.
  
• Hurricane wind: when the ball moves on the green.

The following conditions apply only when the course management decides to close the course either because of danger to the player or impracticable playing conditions:

If they have not yet teed off they will be fully refunded.

If you have abandoned the game between holes 1 and 9 you will be given a voucher for 18 holes with a minimum validity period of 6 months.

If you have left the game between holes 10 and 16 you will receive a voucher for 9 holes with a minimum validity period of 6 months.

If they have abandoned the game from hole 16 onwards, the game will be understood as finished.
