The Bendita Katalina restaurant hosts the 2nd Mushroom Festival from 22nd to 27th November

The Bendita Katalina restaurant, located in Añoreta Resort continues to organise gastronomic days during this year 2022. In this way they want to end the season with what will be their II Mushroom Days which will take place from 22nd to 27th November.

On this occasion, the days will always be accompanied by an exceptional product, such as the selection of the best mushrooms carried out by its team of chefs led by Diego Narbona, an opportunity to taste them always fresh and with tradition and affection in a set of 5 gastronomic proposals that will leave you speechless.

Among the dishes that make up these days we can find:

-Ratatouille of yellow ̈angula, blue foot, shimejis, Korean thistle ̈ with fried egg in half -Paellita de ̈níscalos ̈ and Iberian chorizo

-Crunchy roll of boletus, Korean thistle, asparagus and truffle

-Potato stew of samelitas, Korean thistle, shitake, chickpeas and cod.

-Tasty omelette of beef tongue, blue foot, chanterelles and chistorra ̈ and chistorra sausage.

To enjoy all this, Bendita Katalina offers its lunch service from TUESDAY to SUNDAY and dinner every FRIDAY until 1:30 h, in addition to its usual breakfast and afternoon service that is maintained during the seven days of the week.

You can also enjoy its outdoor terrace, facing the golf course and its private rooms for celebrations.
