This program was created to cover the needs of many high level junior golfers who cannot find a complete and integral program which adapts to their current needs required for high performance training.
Directed by Head Pro Sergio de Céspedes, this program is expected to become one of the best junior golf programs at international level (players from 12 to 21 years old).

The Tecnificación Top Jr. training covers all the fundamental aspects of a Junior golfer's preparation, highlighting the technical improvement part, supported by a good physical and mental training.
The program is combined with formal academic training in one of the best private bilingual centers in the area, Novaschool Añoreta.
