RESORT´S CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible cancellation policy up to 48 hours:

Prices valid for individual reservations only, not applicable to groups and/or special events.

Prices and offers based on a limited number of rooms and special minimum stay conditions.

Booking payment:

The total cost of the booking will not be charged on your credit card (payment must be made directly in the hotel) except for non-refundable rates or unless it is indicated in the rate conditions. In case of no-show, a charge will be applied according to the rate cancellation policies*.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel or modify your reservation free up to 48h. before* the day of your arrival. After this period, a one-night stay will be charged.

*In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

The Hotel strives to offer the information contained in the website in a truthful way and without typographical errors. If at some point there is any error of this type, the Hotel will proceed to correct the error as soon as possible with the information and options provided in the current legislation.

The hotel will charge the total amount of your reservation to your credit card. In case the card does not have enough credit or is not valid, the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation.

It is mandatory to present the credit or debit card along with the ID or passport at the hotel.

IMPORTANT: When booking on this rate your reservation cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason.

If you do not show up at the hotel on the day of your arrival, the charge will NOT be refunded.
